This policy explains how ClaudeSkill SEO collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and hosted SEO audit platform. We aim to be direct about data practices — similar to how leading SEO SaaS providers describe trust and compliance.

Information we collect

  • Account data: email address and authentication identifiers when you sign up or sign in (including Google sign-in where enabled).
  • Audit inputs and outputs: URLs you submit, crawl settings, generated reports, workspace files, and usage metadata needed to run and display audits.
  • Billing data: purchase history and credit balances. Payment card details are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Technical data: logs, IP addresses, browser type, and security signals used to operate and protect the service.

How we use your information

We use collected information to provide audits and monitors, maintain your dashboard and history, process credits and payments, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your audit reports or use report contents for third-party advertising.

Audit report privacy

Your audit reports remain private to your account unless you explicitly create a share link or otherwise publish content. We do not publicly share, sell, or use your reports for marketing without your permission. Shared links are optional and revocable from your dashboard when that feature is available.

Third-party services

We rely on industry-standard providers to operate ClaudeSkill SEO:

  • Firebase (Google): authentication and cloud storage for application data.
  • Stripe: payment processing where billing is enabled.
  • Hosting and infrastructure: servers and CDNs that deliver the application.

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We configure them to support our service only.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser storage for sign-in sessions, preferences, and security. You can control cookies in your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent you from using authenticated features.

Retention

We retain account and audit data while your account is active and as needed for legal, billing, and security obligations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us; some records may be retained where required by law.

Open-source attribution

ClaudeSkill SEO builds on the open-source Claude SEO skill. That project has its own license; this hosted platform is a separate commercial service.
