Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ClaudeSkill SEO(the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

ClaudeSkill SEO provides hosted SEO, GEO, and AI visibility audits built on the open-source Claude SEO skill engine. Features include browser-based audits, report history, exports, scheduling, and credit-based billing. We may add, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risk.

Credits and billing

The Service uses AI credits consumed by completed audit runtime (see pricing). Promotional credits may be offered with stated limits (for example one trial audit per account). Purchased credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated at purchase. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; card data is not stored on our servers.

Acceptable use

  • Submit only URLs and domains you are authorized to test.
  • Do not use the Service to attack, overload, or scrape third parties beyond reasonable audit scope.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security, access other users' data, or resell the Service without permission.
  • Do not upload unlawful content or use outputs to misrepresent guaranteed search rankings.

Intellectual property

We own the Service UI, branding, and platform code. You retain rights to your sites and content. Audit outputs are licensed to you for your internal business use. The underlying Claude SEO skill remains under its open-source license; see About for attribution.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." SEO audits are advisory. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, rich results, indexation, or AI citation outcomes. You are responsible for implementing fixes and validating results on your properties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaudeSkill SEO and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty US dollars.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or operational reasons. Provisions that should survive termination (including disclaimers and liability limits) remain in effect.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of ClaudeSkill SEO, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by consumer protection law in your country.
